Ernie Deans is proud to use full synthetic oil only, which will increase the longevity of your vehicle as well as reduce the required number of oil changes by extending the recommended kilometres between changes!
While your vehicle is being serviced, we invite you to take a seat in our customer lounge by the fireplace. Enjoy a coffee or hot chocolate, read a magazine or take in some TV! If you prefer not to wait you can drop off your vehicle and return later, or we can shuttle you to where you need to be!

Dexos engine oil specification is designed by GM Powertrain engineers and is intended specifically for GM engines. Dexos is designed to increase fuel efficiency, extend the life of the vehicles emissions system, reduce oil changes and extend the life of the vehicle.
Although recommended oil change intervals vary by vehicle manufacturer, in general, a good rule of thumb to follow is to change conventional motor oil every 5,000 to 7,500 kms. If you are using full synthetic oil, then every 12,000 to 15,000 kms is the best time to change it.
