Service Department

Service Department – How It Works

 

  • Please enter service department via Service Drive-Thru
  • We have a sanitization stand set up upon arrival
  • You are welcome to sit and wait in our drive-thru, seating is spaced to respect social distancing
  • Service Shuttle is currently not available
  • Book an appointment online HERE
  • ***UPDATED***Hours are 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Sanitizing Vehicle After Service:

  • Prior to returning your vehicle, our staff will sanitize your vehicle
    • Disinfect steering wheel, radio, gear shift, doors, dash
  • Our technicians are wearing protective gloves during all services

 

 

Sales Department

Sales Department – How It Works

 

  • Updated Sales Hours (as of May 19) Mon-Thurs = 9:00am – 7:00pm, Friday 9:00am – 5:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
  • We encourage you to book a VIP appointment.  Not only is this for safety reasons, but it will also speed things up!!! Prior to arrival, we will:
    • Sanitize vehicle you will be test-driving
    • Have trade-in details started (in the event of a trade)
    • Finance Manager will be ready
  • Want a video tour prior to booking an appointment? We do that!
  • Safety measures in place to ensure staff and customer safety
  • Trade Appraisals can be started through our easy to use app – WHAT’S MY TRADE WORTH?
