Does Chevrolet Have Any Upgrades for the 2022 Silverado ZR2?

Now, Chevrolet is making a factory-approved performance exhaust system available for the off-road-ready pickup truck. Not only will the new exhaust system help bolster the truck’s already very impressive performance, but it also comes with new exhaust tips that will be compatible with the ZR2-specific setup. 2022 Chevy Silverado ZR2 Exhaust Upgrade
Chevrolet is making a premium Borla performance exhaust system available for the 2022 Silverado ZR2. According to the GM Authority blog, the ZR2 performance exhaust upgrade will be available through dealerships, like Ernie Dean GM, as a dealer add-on during the ordering process. Additionally, if you already have a 2022 Chevy Silverado ZR2 on your driveway, you should be able to order it from our parts department and our service technicians will be able to install it for you.
GM Authority says that the new exhaust kit will cost about $1,800 US. Canadian pricing isn’t immediately available.
Can the Borla Exhaust Kit be Added to Any Silverado ZR2?
To be sure, the 2022 Chevy Silverado ZR2 is very well-equipped out of the box. However, if you want to add the Borla exhaust kit to your truck, you’ll need to have the naturally aspirated 6.2-litre L87 engine under the hood. The effect the new exhaust kits will have on the truck isn’t immediately clear, but it will almost certainly make some kind of marked improvement.
We also know that adding the Borla kit to the 2022 Silverado ZR2 will keep the exhaust tips tucked up under the body, where they will be protected as much as possible while crossing difficult off-road terrain.
