Upgraded Cabin Space
Perhaps the biggest upgrade the 2022 Chevrolet Silverado has seen is the many additions and refinements to the cabin. An entirely new interior finds itself at home inside the Silverado, highlighted by a generous 13.4-inch colour touchscreen (standard on LT, RST, LT Trail Boss, LTZ, ZR2 and High Country) for all of your navigation, entertainment and connectivity needs, alongside a 12.3-inch instrument cluster for your important driving information. A new electronic transmission range selector provides for smooth driving on every ride.

Refreshed Exterior Design
The Silverado was bold to begin with, but that doesn’t mean it can’t get even bolder, and that’s what the 2022 model year has accomplished. Its new design elements were focused around highlighting the already imposing stance and presence of the pickup, with both a redesigned grille and headlights. New 18-inch, 20-inch and 22-inch wheel options complement its tough exterior and ensure you and your pickup are always ready to get down to work. New colours of Dark Ash, Sand Dune and Glacier Blue Metallic give you even more choices when it comes to personalizing your truck with a colour that truly represents you.
Super Cruise: Driving & Trailering Assistance Tech
Another one of the biggest additions to this 2022 model year Silverado is in the form of its Super Cruise driver assistance technology. This advanced piece of driving tech is available on the High Country trim, providing hands-free driving on more than 200,000 miles across Canada and the U.S on compatible roads. It even works with towing, too, so you can trailer with supreme confidence and peace-of-mind. Step into the future of the Silverado and drive with the groundbreaking Super Cruise tech.

Off-Road Silverado ZR2
A refreshed trim lineup means the introduction of an all-new Silverado trim level, and it’s perfectly primed for those who love to take their Silverado off the beaten path. The first-ever 2022 Chevrolet Silverado ZR2 is extremely rugged and both willing and able to take you on your latest off-road adventure in supreme utility. It does this through upgrades to its chassis that have finely tuned it to perform off-road, alongside a sumptuous interior that keeps you comfortable no matter the bumpy roads outside. Features include:
- 6.2L V8 engine
- 420 horsepower, 460 lb-ft of torque
- 10-speed transmission
- High approach front bumper
- Black grille with flowtie
- 33-inch Goodyear Wrangler Territory M/T tires
- Skid plates
- Exclusive ZR2 interior
Powertrain Enhancements
How does a freshly enhanced engine sound? The 2.7L Turbo High-Output now comes with 20% more torque, an impressive upgrade that offers tremendous power. More specifically, the engine produces 310 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of max torque. You’ll find this upgraded engine standard for 2022 on the WT, Custom, Custom Trail Boss, LT, RST Double Cab and LT Trail Boss.
